Thanks Leanne 🥰 I think that’s something we all feel as writers, the pull between “right” and “done.” It’s a tricky thing, because if we struggle with perfectionism then that feeling of just right can get in the way of finishing things. One of my favorite quotes on writing is from Neil Gaiman: “Write and finish things.” I like to pair it with a follow-up quote from Erin Morgenstern: “Art is never finished. It is only abandoned.”
