Thanks Becky! I know they complemented each other so perfectly 😍 definitely more to come and I’m also thinking of doing a behind the scenes write up soon
Adore these! It’s so lovely to come and just see beautiful photos too! I can’t choose a favourite but I do love the more abstract one with the hands! Xx
The hands one is an unexpected favorite! I love taking those types of abstract, contextual shots, though I sometimes get so wrapped up in the portraits that I forget to snap them 🙈
Thanks Susan! I think I'm definitely going to share more images here. It feels really lovely to be able to present them in this format, a little slower and more deliberate than on instagram.
So hard to choose! But I think I like #3 the best, with dark and light standing back to back. I like the expressions on the witches' faces, and there is something iconic about the design. Beautiful images! Yes, keep sharing!
Substagram, I love that! The hands one speaks to me a lot also, I sometimes forget to capture those type of contextual images around the main portraits, but I really feel like they add to the story when I remember to!
I really love this whole series! It's so hard to choose a favorite. If I had to pick, I'd say the 4th one (the close up). It invites me deeper into the mystery of it all. What are these two powerful creatures of duality up to? Are they embracing, balancing the light and dark? Have they been caught in the act of trying to kill one another? There's a depth here that definitely says they're up to something, and I need to tap into my own feelings about light and dark to figure out what it is. So beautiful, thank you for sharing these!
Thank you so much for the kind words Jenna! I love that interpretation of their story. I feel like it could go either way, or maybe they're sometimes friends, sometimes enemies? Feels like there's a whole story that you could weave 🥰
That photo is an unexpected favorite of mine also! It was really tricky lighting, so originally it wasn't my favorite image straight out of camera. I spent a long time fiddling with it, and then suddenly the colors and tones just clicked and it really came to life. Love those unexpected moments in the editing process!
I adore the darkness and light embracing each other. You also picked amazing models. I hope there are more to come in this series!

Love, love, love these. So hard to pick but I’m partial to #3 and 5! Deffo keep sharing 🖤✨🤍

Thanks Jan! #3 is one of my favorites also, I love how it feels like they're staring down at you 😆
Yes, seriously! :D
I like the one with the hands. Such mystery. Also yay for Substagram!!
